Returns Policy COVID 19
As from today 29 March 2020, we will no longer accept returns or issue refunds in view of the transmission of the COVID 19. The original returns policy will come back into effect when it is deemed this virus is completely under control.
Original Returns Policy is below.
We are happy for you to return items for a refund or exchange. To organise a return, items must be unused and in original condition, so all tags must still be attached. Our return policy is valid for 14 days after purchase.
Note: Swimwear can not be returned under any circumstances.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
To complete your return, simply email us (Linda@Moanablue.com.au) with details of your request and send your items to: Moana Blue 2b James Street, Yeppoon, QLD 4703. Once your return is received, we will email you with a response.
While you will need to organise your own shipping of the return item, to simply exchange for a different size we will send the first exchange free of charge. Do note that if your requested size is not available we will issue you a full refund instead.
REFUNDSShipping costs are non-refundable, so for refunds the cost of original shipping will be deducted. Of course if an item is found to be faulty on return, your costs for postage will be refunded. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
SENDING YOUR RETURN
We recommend using registered post when sending items back as we are not responsible for any lost items during transit.
We are a boutique with a shop front as well as an online store, sometimes crossovers occur. We make every attempt to avoid this happening. However in the unlikely event that it does, a full refund will be given to the online customer.
